To use JAIPA Logistics services, every customer must obtain a Member (Customer) ID Number.

✅ You will receive Customer ID Number.Also you get a Monthly Promotion Code via Email or WhatsApp.

This promotion code used for getting discount.

✅ Promotion codes might be changes monthly basis— So make sure always get the updated code before your shipping.

Important Notes:

• Your Customer ID Number must be written on every order, waybill, and payment.

• Please keep your ID number safely.

💰 Payment Method

✅ 50% of the total amount must be paid by bank transfer after placing your order.

✅ The remaining 50% can be paid Cash on Delivery (COD) in Bangladesh.

✅ If you prefer to pay the full amount in Japan, that is also possible.

🚚 Delivery Method

When your cargo arrives in Bangladesh, it will be stored in our warehouse.

✨To collect your package, please show:

✔ Your Customer ID Number

✔ A copy of the invoice issued by JAIPA

✔ Your NID card may also be required — please keep it with you.

🏠 Home Delivery in Bangladesh

If you want warehouse-to-home delivery, an additional charge will apply.

✔ 1% risk management fee applies when using Cash on Delivery
